A Fun TV Special for the whole family. on NBC-TV. Presented by Bell System.
Cover date shows Saturday, April 26th at 7:30 P.M. No year is shown anywhere on the matchbook, but as far as I can determine the year was 1969.
I think the event was held at the Swing Auditorium in San Bernardino, California. There's not much info available to be found anywhere I searched on the internet.
The back side of the matchbook cover shows some neat artwork titled A Look on the Light Side with numerous events shown and the words: Sensational; Scintillating; Go!; Run!; Hair-Raising; Daring; Extraordinary. It also says "How to Explore the USA in an Unexpected Way."
Inside a single row of 11 matches remain in place. Each has an alternating message printed: " A Look On The Light Side," or "Saturday, April 26, NBC-TV." All the matches are complete and in good condition.
Behind the matches is info on the manufacturer: Lion Match Corp. of America - N.Y.C.
Inside of the front cover shows a listing that is headed: "See These Uncommon Events Unfold Before Your Very Eyes..."
