Authentic Potawatomi Indian Blessed Medicine Stick 30" Long

Description

I purchased this from a man that was part Indian. He told me that he made it and that he had it blessed by an Indian medicine man.
It measures 30" long without the tail feathers. There are Turkey tail quills, twisted metal, and Deer teeth worked into this piece.
There is what looks like twine and leather used as well. I'm not sure what kind of wood it is.
