The cel measures 16" x 12 3/8", the Lord Mayor image is approx. 5 1/2" x 3".
The cel is in overall good condition, shows a bit of age.
The lower and upper right corners have small tears, please see the last two photos.
The Lord Mayor image is beautiful, no chips or missing paint.
