Up for auction is a nice Painted Northwest Coast Canoe. It is painted over most of its entirety. Inside and outside. it measures 26-1/2" long overall by 6-1/4" wide by 5-1/2" tall. It has the original tags on the bottom. This most likely was early tourist trade. It was collected out of British Columbia. There are some small tacks that hold the original tag with the maker or tribe affiliation. The paint is in great condition.
