PRODUCT WRAPPING
We purchase directly from publishers in the United States, and all of our Tarot and Oracle cards are NEW, UNOPENED, and all are wrapper from the publisher, unless stated otherwise.
STOCK PHOTOS
We use stock photos from the publisher.  We feel if you buy from us you are going to get a perfect deck.  If its damaged or defective in any way, return it free of charge to you.  We take extra time in shipping, and packaging to make sure everything comes just as it left us, in perfect condition still sealed from the publisher.  We therefore do not have the ability to open the decks and show pictures of the cards.

OUR PACKAGING
Our packaging is some of the best I have seen:  We package in at least one layer of bubble wrap and a close to size box, attempting to keep the weight down to prevent overcharge on shipping.
We DO NOT use bubble mailers which can leave your card box damaged.
RETURNS
We do offer returns, however, we DO NOT offer replacement.  If you deck is damaged or defective in some way please work with us to get free return shipping.  We do not offer replacement as many times we only purchase a single deck from the publisher.  If you order the last of any deck it could take WEEKS to MONTHS to get a replacement from the publisher.  We therefore will only return your purchase price, and we will pay the shipping cost to return it to us.
