    Description

Replacement Industrial sewing Machine Servo Motor Control board.
This is the current control board used in both Vevor and Mophorn industrial sewing machine servo motor systems.
Fits 400 watt + 550 watt + 600 watt + 650 watt + 750 watt + 800 watt + 1000 watt and 1500 watt industrial sewing machine servo motor systems. Also replaces the early version board seen in images. Notice the last image, it shows the new board in the old version box. Here there is a minor fit issue due to the thick portion of the aluminum plate being in a new location.
These are new factory original units. They are not available as a boxed retail item. They were pulled directly from the assembly line for the mods and builds we do. Now you can buy one if yours is burnt out due to jamming the motor and/or spiking the control unit.
    Programming
    is required:
This board fits 8 different types of industrial sewing machine servo motor systems. That means it has to be programmed (parameters set) for your particular system during the install and at first power up.
To set the parameter for your system:
    1. Momentary push both the
    P
    &
    S
    buttons at the same time.
    This will cause the display to show a P code between P-1 & P - 30
    2. Use the
    up
    and
    down
green buttons and scroll to P - 17
    3. Press the yellow
    S
    button
    4.
    Use the
    up
    and
    down
    green buttons and scroll to the correct number for your system as follows;
    400 watt = #3
    550 watt = #8
    600 watt = #4
    650 watt = #9
    750 watt = #9
    800 watt = #4
    1000 watt = #6
    1500 watt = #6
    5.
    Press the yellow
    S
button. This finalizes the set motor type parameter and the unit will reset
You can now set all other parameters according to the sheet that came with your original system.
Failure to properly set the above parameter will cause motor damage, void all
    warranty's
and could cause serious bodily injury even death.
    This is because
    programming
    wrong or not
    programming
at all can cause the motor to run at speeds of 5,000 + RPM's and basically fly apart throwing pieces at high speed
    (explode)
    !
    Also
    any
    incorrect
setting that does not damage the motor will degrade the motors performance.
Thinking that choosing a higher watt motor than you have will increase power is false.
This is because this setting is telling the computer how many poles (magnets) the motor has + the positions of the hall effect sensors and how many there are. It does not apply more power, it correctly
    engages
the magnetic fields in relation to the position of the
    armature
    .

Replacing early version PCB boards with this version:
There will be some fit issues when replacing this PCB with the new version:
    # 1. You will have to drill new holes in your existing aluminum plate. Trying to get them in the correct position is very difficult.
    # 2. You must use heat sink paste and
    securely
attached the 6 large transistors properly to
    dissipate
heat or the PCB board will fail in short order.
    # 3. You must correctly program the PCB to match your servo motor.
Have questions? Just ask before you buy and plan on sending images with your questions.
Don't want to deal with the conversion
    discussed
above? Just wait a few weeks and I will have PCB's already
    installed
    on the heat sink plate.
    Shipping:
    Ships boxed in a
    generic
    box and inside a USPS
    priority
    mail padded envelope.
    Returns:
Electronic boards are non returnable and non refundable so make sure you need it before you buy it.
    Ask lots of questions:
Ask as many questions as you can. This will confirm that you have previous knowledge on motor programming or that you know what to do after talking to me..
    Thank you for looking.
