Native American Beaded Turkey Feather Fan
Beautiful, rare beaded turkey feather fan with rawhide fringe, probably Navajo. Multiple turkey feathers in varying lengths are bound together by a beaded handle. The beading has lovely geometric designs of red, aqua, deep blue and black on yellow with different designs on the front and back. Some rawhide strands at the end of the handle have large bead accents in copper, red and blue. Rare find. Measures 19 inches in total (feathers = 8 1/4 in, beaded handle = 5 in, fringe = 5 3/4 in).
