Sterling Navajo bowl w3 dolphin feet floral raised center “MACE” Ted Harvey Joe

Here’s an older silver bowl with three curving sections like a flower and three long flat dolphin feet. It has an organic look. There’s a floral raised center. On one of the dolphins, there’s an impressed MACE, so it must be the work of one of the Navajo Mace family, maybe Ted, Harvey, or Joe. On the next dolphin is an impression that looks like 930/1000. It weighs 2 oz. It measures 3 1/8” across the top and is 1 3/8” high.
