Description

Item Description
Up for sale is a traditional Alaska Native Halibut hook, with an ornate Tlingit frog design. This hook is contemporary, and was made by the artisans Jerry and Diane Kennedy in Juneau, Alaska. It is signed "Tatlaat", which is the name that they collectively use for their crafts. It is made from cedar, with a bone hook, and mother of pearl inlay. This is an exceptional example of traditional Tlingit carving, and would be a great addition to any collection.
The hook is in pristine condition, with no scratches or scrapes. The wrapping is tight, and there are no cracks or weak points. Please contact me with any questions prior to ordering. I will ship with appropriate insurance and tracking.
This is a used, vintage item, and is being sold as-is, with no returns. However, return requests will always be assessed on a case-by-case basis if there are any major issues.
