This is a genuine Viking Husqvarna ruffler #920032-096, it is not a substitute or after market. Comes complete with instructions and needle clamp attachment screw (#412 5825-01).
This attachment can make beautiful ruffles, gathering and pleats. It is adjustable for a verity of fabric types and sewing applications. Comes with directions written in 10 languages.
The texture of the fabric affect the fullness of the ruffle. Soft fabrics are excellent for gathered ruffles and a crisp fabric for pleated ruffles. Allow yourself a little practice time to experiment and you’ll be sewing like a pro.

The ruffler has a “adjusting lever” which allows you to set the ruffler for gathers or pleats. Set #1 setting for gatherings. Slots 6 and 12 are setting for pleats.
