Vintage Ludwig Drum Set. Olive badge. Drums are not perfect. They have some blemishes. Mostly cosmetic. The bass drum has a brass plate to cover where the original Tom mount was. It looks unique and gives it a neat quality look. Does not affect the sound. Bass drum is equipped with Emad front & rear head system. This kit will Blow the doors off the house. Very big! New coated Evan’s heads on top, clear thin resonant on bottom. Thrown not included in sale. I will cover shipping costs within the USA. If you are international, I will split the cost with you. The snare drum is a super sensitive. I’d say it’s in near perfect condition. Sadly, some swirl marks from previous cleaning job. Hardly noticeable unless up close inspection. An 8.5 out of 10 all the way. Snare is worth the opening bid alone. Probably should be in a museum. As far as sound goes. I’m going to regret this sale. These drums have a sound that cannot be replicated. The snare is versatile. Can be warm, can be powerful on the attack. The drums...just sound insane good. Lots of good sustain. This kit makes a statement, and is just as good recorded as its presence on stage. If you are looking for a unique opportunity to own a very special vintage drum set, this is your chance.
