Vintage Native American Indian Medicine Tobacco Bag Pouch Purse.  Closed, the pouch measures 3 1/4 inches wide and just under 3 1/2 inches tall.  The strap is braided leather and is 14 inches long.  The flap has a button closure and the fringes have metal cones on the ends of some and some have the green & yellow beads like those on the bag.
